Voice Notice Of Approach To The Weight Station V2 mod for ATS1.34.x.

When approaching the weight station on a loaded truck, the PrePass light bulb (a) will turn red and instead of a squeak a pleasant female voice will sound
In green light, the default beep is left.

- Updated for 1.34.x
- In the green light now instead of squeaking - voice alert
- Added new sounds
