Horsch Agrovation Map V2 mod for FS19.

- converted map and models to FS19
- added all new houses in Knezmost and Bycina village
- exchanged 3rd party buildings/assets to own and Giants buildings/assets
- exchanged foliage layer and tree models
- added specially suited placeables (e.g. biogasplant, silos)
