Fix For Man Tgs V1.3 mod for ETS2 1.39.x.

Changes
- Reduce turbocharger sound.
- Dealership problem is fixed ( by your mod environment, two TGS trucks shows. But it's normal behavior) .

Fix adapts mod MAN TGS by Madster for 1.39
Put above the main mod

- Added window animation
- EVR sounds adapted to FMOD
- Added support for cables
- Models updated to format for 1.35 and higher
- Some textures are adapted for DX11
