Better Traffic mod for ATS1.44.x.

Aims to change traffic flow, increasing and decreasing traffic at times they would in real life
Be prepared to wait longer at junctions & traffic lights, yellow lights will also remain on for longer
For best results place at the top of your mod manager list
Must be above any other traffic mods
