added marker lights;
added low beam icon;
added remaining fuel in the tank;
added range of remaining fuel;
added percentage of remaining fuel / adblue in the tank;
added an indicator of the average speed of the trip;
added travel time;
added ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation, etc.);
added an indicator of time until the required rest, hidden when the fatigue option is disabled;
added low fuel warning;
added low air pressure warning
