Western Star 5700XE - Accessories Pack V1.0 mod for ATS1.49.

This mod adds some accessories for the Western Star 5700XE from SCS.

Use the customized cabin and chassis to have all options available. In order not to alter the original, I added a modified copy of these parts to place my changes.
