For changed discs from the star, a revised sub-certificate of cottagers.

What was done:
1. State registration number
2. Complete palette replacement (car + trailer)
3. Choosing an awning palette
4. Editing of tuning configurations
5. Minor edits and improvements
6. And added rust shader
