City Car Driving 1.5.3 – Yamaha FCR-900 Motorcycle Mod

Yamaha FCR-900 Motorcycle mod for game version 1.5.3 Remaining Bugs: Tachometer arrow does not stay at 0 when the engine is off and offsetted to 2000RPM instead of 0 and idle is offset as well making the tachometer arrow inaccurate also the speedometer arrow has a similar issue Slightly Black and very minor black areas in DX11 nothing drastic they are not noticeably i may sort them later
