How to Install Farming Simulator 2009 Mods
Farming Simulator 2009 is the second game in the FS series. Released in 2009, it quickly became popular among players thanks to its mod support. Mods expand the limited number of equipment and farming vehicles in the game. In just 4 steps, you can see (with images) how to install FS2009 mods into the game.
Download the Mods
You can download FS2009 mods from our website. On the homepage or category pages, click the “Download Mod” button under the mod you like.
Get the ZIP File
On the mod’s page, scroll down and click the link that says “Download Mod Name – Site Address”. This will download a file in .ZIP format.
Copy the File to the Mods Folder
Go to: “Documents > my games > Farming Simulator 2009 > mods” Copy the downloaded ZIP file into this folder without making any changes.
If the ZIP file name includes “UNZIP” or “UNZIP_ME,” open it first and move the inner ZIP files into the same mods folder.
Launch the Game
Start the game and press P to open the shop. You will now see the new mod you added. Click Buy to use it in the game.
