57X Fuel Level Indicator V1.0 ATS 1.45

57x Fuel Level Indicator v1.0 mod for ATS1.45.

Small addition for the 57x dashboard display:

- added the amount of fuel left in the tank
- added the distance left for the amount of fuel
- added the cruise control value on the right side of the cruise control icon

Note: mod is convoy optional
