Apple Maps Navigation Pack ATS 1.45

Apple Maps Navigation Pack mod for ATS1.45.

This mod turns your boring cabin navigation screen into a fresh-looking Apple Maps style navigation.

As for now, the following changes were made:
Blue navigation path
Apple-style map icons
New Apple-style road marker icons
New background and road colors like on your iPhone (Background only in a cabin, not in Route Advisor)
For added realism, arrows on the navigation path are disabled.
