Custom Conestoga Trailer V1.1 mod for ATS1.50.

Adds a standalone chassis and body for the original "Sliding Tarp" from ATS

Parts:
Center panel
Penny lights
2 Fenders
2 markers
2 bumpers

Do not try installing 24.5's with the full fenders, it will most likely clip through.
