Due to low income, saving fuel will have big importance as well as Fuel Economy skill. Insurance will be very important. Even the regular tire damage will cause problems. Police frequency has been reduced. Fines probability has been reduced in some cases, especially if a police car isn’t near you. Change: Bonuses have been reduced to reduce high income at high levels. Bank loans daily payment has been reduced. Income has been reduced to match real life values.
