ATS – Mack Chu613 Dashboard Tweak (1.34.x)

Mack Chu613 Dashboard Tweak mod for ATS1.34.x.

Not much too it, I didn't like how it was a KPH cluster forced to show MPH, so I fixed it and made it easier to see. Also fixed the FM radio text.
I plan to do the tachometer as well, and maybe the other gauges in the future.
