ATS – Minor Urban Overhaul V17 (1.50)

Minor Urban Overhaul V17 mod for ATS1.50.

Mod updated (v17). Lite version will be done tomorrow when I have to update the mod for the Nebraska DLC anyways.

1.50 compatibility.

I-90 through Spokane has been upgraded to a very high traffic area from a high traffic area.

Two-lane section of CA-58 near the eastern terminus has been widened to four lanes, reflecting the real state of the road post-2020.

Minor adjustments to the Downtown Los Angeles panorama.
