Smartys Wheel Pack V1.3.2 mod for ATS1.36.x.

This mod contains an assortment of wheels and tires, currently with a focus on mixed-service applications. It will be updated with additional wheels, tires and accessories as they are completed.

Version 1.3.2:
Added Michelin X Line Energy Z and D, and XDN2 11R22.5 options for trucks
Added four new Continental tire options for trucks
