- some trucks have been allowed parked and some receive little adjustment on max_speed and torque

changelog v2.2.1:
- mod updated to last Jazzycat version for ATS 1.35
- some trucks have been moved to citty_trucks type
- added some trucks as standalone trucks for double trailers
- for best experience use this pack in combination with Real Traffic Density, however for this pack the traffic mod is only optional
