ATS – Weather V5 (1.31.x)

Weather V5 mod for ATS1.31.x.Adapted version 5.0 for ATS.- the brightness and color rendition are corrected;- the textures of the night sky are rebuilt;- updated skybox model;- changed the brightness and saturation for sunny and cloudy weather;- Shadows of clouds are added;- Cloud shadows depend on the texture and volume of the clouds.
