BD Next Gen Map V4.0 mod for ETS2 1.43.x.

The map is still incomplete in some places because of heavy load shedding we could not complete the map at the end but since we are supposed to give it to everyone we are giving it to everyone without delay
We are not able to give the traffic update at the moment as there is some work left for the traffic
New traffic updates will be provided soon.
