Better Flares V4.1 mod for ATS1.49.

Mod is updated to version 4.1.

Changes:
- Improved flares textures
- Reduced range for breaks, parking and other lights for better performance
- Slightly decreased brightness for headlights of AI traffic and player trucks
- Lots of other minor tweaks

Key features:
- Completely reworked flares
- Realistic headlights patterns (up to 50 modded trucks supported)
- Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals

IMPORTANT!
Place TRAFFIC ADDON at the very bottom of Mod Manager, below other mods to avoid errors and crashes
