Brutal Hd Lite V1.1 mod for ETS2 1.47.

Original mod by Stewen but with my changes

– removed loading screen
– fixed few textures
– added few new textures including sky
– changed settings in day/night cycles
– little changes in truck lights
– some other minor changes
