C2C Add-On ATS 1.45

C2C Add-on mod for ATS1.45.

It changes the default speed limits set for each state by C2C, meaning the game will no longer revert back to a lesser speed than is otherwise signposted.

Place my mod above the increased road speed limit mod and place both mods above all maps in your load order.
