Cellphone Hours V1.0 mod for ATS1.46.

- With this mod, you can add a phone that shows the time to the left side of the windshield. (For All SCS Trucks)
- Requires Cabin Accessories DLC and compatible with ATS version 1.46.
- May conflict with vehicles with their own cabin accessories.Disable them before driving trucks.
