DAF 2021 Simple Dashboard V1.0 mod for ETS2 1.45.

This mod will automatically alternate between MPH and KM/H dashboard textures (like the original) depending on whether you choose the UK or Standard layouts.

- Engine brake indicator (circle)
- Retarder indicator (plus symbol)
- Cruise control speed (top right)
- Current speed (middle)
- Gear indicator (top middle)
- Improved information screens
- Warning screens no longer dim the entire dashboard
