Dragon Tanker mod for ATS1.48.

This is a Dragon LPG tanker for ATS. Has 16 chassis, 45' 5, 48', 5, and 53', 5. Has 4 cargos each with realistic weights and pickup and dropoff locations. Also includes realistic DOT signage for cargos. This model has been optimized to both look great and perform well in ATS. The lights are done to look good and save performance. Has a few accessories I threw on.
