Arsk and Kirov Road Connection V0.1 mod for ETS2 1.49.

I promised to update the Kirov-Kazan connection, but I didn’t do it haha.
But you can try the new road connection between Arsk and Kirov!

It requires:
All 8 map DLCs, including West Balkans!
