Doll 7 Axle Qol Addon V0.1 mod for ETS2 1.37.x.

- Raised chassis to match height fifth wheel
- Altered wheel collision, so wheels don't sink into ground anymore
- Centered out all wheels, some were slighly offset
- Changed liftaxles order
- Liftaxles now lift in slightly higher position
