Duplicate Traffic Lights mod for ETS2 1.35.x.

The mod adds duplicate traffic lights at intersections in places where they are missing: the standard map and DLC - “Going East”, as well as to all third-party maps.
Connect in a high priority manager.
The mod was checked on the standard map and on the latest version of the game.
