Fix For Rusmap mod for ETS2 1.36.x.

The road gap below Pskov has been fixed (when using a card with default)
The cosmetic errors found at this moment are fixed.
Improved vehicle numbers in Belarus.
Amendments to localization.
Extract files from the archive and put in the "mod" folder with the replacement.
