Improved Rain & Fog Quality And Sound mod for ETS2 1.32.x.

▶ Better thunder sounds
▶ New raindrops textures on the windshield and from outside
▶ Better internal and external rain sounds
▶ New look of roads during the rain
Mod was tested on ETS2 1.32.x.x, but it should work on older game versions too.
