Man Tgx Euro 6 models available in the Low chassis mod

– Supports Advanced Trailer Coupling
– Added 4×2 chassis for Man Tgx Euro 6
– Now compatible with ETS 1.34 update.

Known bugs: One of the trailer cables is not connecting. I’m working on fixing it.
