Special Transport DLC Pilot Car Fix V1.0 mod for ETS2 1.50.

Presenting another small mod adding to realism of ATS.
This small mod replaces police cars from the front of the Special Transport events with a proper pilot car (like it should be in real life).
The police cars won't spawn as pilot cars anymore.
