Volvo Fh16 2012 Dashboard Colors V1 mod for ETS2 1.38.x.

- Add background colors to Volvo FH16 2012 dashboard
- Add colors to the speed gauge (green from 60 to 80 and orange from 90 to 100)
- AdBlue indicator replaced with a clear blu "A"
- Available Km indicator replaced with an orange arrow
- All the function keys on the dashboard have been colored
