-Removes McAlster Oklahoma sector temporarily (due to bugs & errors)

the Bazaar Cattle Pens are still a WIP, you can load there, but you can not haul a load to the cattle pens yet 
terrain work at Westcliffe, still very much a WIP 
add custom sale barn in Dodge City 
make Wray a marked city 
change Bushnell from Sterling to Wray, also now a custom feedlot 
make SCS horse ranch north of Junction Texas useable 
add custom Colby sale barn 
snow work on East Glacier and Troy logging road
