Expansion V7.4 mod for ATS1.49.

Changes v7.4
-Add new ranch at Redding
-Remove invalid Christmas models at Greybull and Missoula
-Fix Phillipsburg garage as it had Christmas event things tied to it

-I updated a couple prefabs which means new automats
