Fix For Rigid Chassis Pack For All Scs Trucks mod for ETS2 1.39.x.

Fix for version 1.39x and adapting for version 2.4.2 for the Kast mod package,
but I only fixed the defs, I will still fix the truck files.
There are still some things that are not correct,
like the rear lights,
the NARKO kuzov and Volvo trucks, because of the DLC
