FS19 – Belarus 4522 Hotfix V0.4

Belarus 4522 Hotfix V0.4 mod for FS19.
There are no special innovations.
- Added engine selection from 256-850 hp
- Also included is the original "CATERPILLAR C13" 343 kW / 466 hp engine;
- Choice of Wheels;
- The choice of the steering wheel, which is actually superfluous (Thanks to Kulibin);
- Adjustment of mirrors (Alteration author: Kulibin);
- Repainting the rim;
