Mce Machinery Pack V0.5 mod for FS19.

This is a pack with some machines to play Mining & Construction Economy map.

Changelog:
- ferry now can be lifted with crane
- fix the bug on ferry to open the ramps
- fix the bug to open right arm on Amazone_UF1801
- add crude tanks to transport and sale crude by boat
- Renault concrete truck can unload on MAN concrete pump
- Renault concrete truck now have animated mixer.
- other little bug fix
