Minor configuration changes, price adjustment.

Based on the ZIL-130 from IGORyaN.
Sounds changed.
Engine parameters changed.
Added sounds of the pneumatic brake system.
Remade the mod for those who are dearer to the diesel ZIL, and not the carburetor!
