Hotfix For Dalton And Elliot Winter Map ATS 1.44

Hotfix for Dalton and Elliot Winter Map mod for ATS1.44.

This fixes some signs in the middle of the road coming Southbound out of Deadhorse.

Please delete the previous "Dalton Elliot Hwy Winter Map 1.44.scs"

and replace it with this one.
