International 9900I Improved Dashboard V1.0 ATS 1.44.x

International 9900i Improved Dashboard V1.0 mod for ATS1.44.x.

This mod improved SCS International 9900i dashboard:
- added transmision gear indicator for all pages of dashboard;
- added page with cruise control speed indicator;
- added page with average (trip) consumption indicator;
- changed dashboard pages order to: odometer, cruise control speed, instant consumption, trip distance, average (trip) consumption, engine running time.
