added cruise control sensor;
added marker lights icon;
added low beam icon;
added the remaining fuel in the tank;
added fuel residue range;
added percentage of remaining fuel/adblue in the tank;
added an indicator of the average speed of the trip;
added travel time;
added ETA indicator (Estimated time of arrival), hidden when time is unavailable (no delivery, no navigation);
added a time indicator to the required rest, hidden when the fatigue option is disabled;
added low fuel warning;
added a warning about low air pressure
