MAZ 54323-08 Truck Beta mod for ETS2 1.48.

Pack of a truck and four trailers in the property (including one semi-trailer and 3 trailers for BDF chassis)

Changes:
- Updated for 1.48
- Fixed the animation of the steering wheel and so on
- Added animation of handles in the cabin 
- Added animation of lowering the window inside and outside the cabin 
- The spiral cable has been changed
- Changed the sound of the YAMZ 238 engine
