Maz-6303 Truck ETS2 1.46

MAZ-6303 Truck mod for ETS2 1.46.

Changes:
Made animation of windows inside and outside + handles
Slightly fixed indicators, but only in the first cabin
Added advanced hitch but only on 6x4 and 4x2 chassis
