Maz 6422 Truck V2.1 mod for ETS2 1.43.x.

Changes:
Maz is adapted to version 1.43.
Made the opening of the window inside and out but only on the driver’s side
I changed the sound of the engine, but only the yamz 238, and left the rest the same
