Added truck parking at the US93/I 90 intersection (Missoula)
Added a company opposite Missoula Kenworth
Added a custom farm near Shelby
Removed several trees on US2
All DLC cards are needed to work.

Version 05.09.2022:
- Malta is now a full-fledged city (a company will be added in the future)
- Troy is now a full-fledged city with service, garage and company, SCS Forestry DLC, Heavy Haul DLC, Volvo DLC are available
- adjusted loads in Shelby (Welker Farm)
