New Service V1.0.2 ETS2 1.45

New Service V1.0.2 mod for ETS2 1.45.

This mod replaces one of the service and repair stations.
The station has been fully rebuild and adds some stuff like workers, parking trucks
and an animated truck washing machine.

Update 02 Nov:
*moved washing station into the service building
*added washing device for trailers
