Rework of the default 389 from the SCS.

Added:
– 379 grill with headlights
– two grill custom
– mudguard
– mudflaps for front fenders
– additional lamps for two sideskirts
– microwave to the interior

Replaced:
– brushed aluminum parts for Ultra Ride Cab
