Radiator Springs V1.3 mod for ATS1.48.

Add-on map for ATS, for the fictional town “Radiator Springs” from the Cars movie.

This map is created by ETS2-user, updated, and fixed by me to play in ATS 1.48, need all DLCs maps to work.
