Reforma C2C Broken Road Fix mod for ATS1.45.

This is a mod I've made to Fix the broken part of the i10 between El Paso and i20 junction caused by Reforma_C2C_Patch_v14_145 (Place above Reforma_C2C_Patch_v14_145 in GMC Map Combo)
